INSTRUCTIONS
Take turns to position the weights, shown on the weight die, on the barbell and then put the barbell on the wooden athlete. Throw the personal trainer die (the green die has easier exercises, the red die harder ones) and, lifting the barbell with two fingers together, tackle the task shown.
The winner is the player who correctly completes the most tasks without the weights falling!
